Bryan Adams photographs Big Issue vendors

If you think you know our Big Issue vendors, think again. In a special edition of The Big Issue, legendary musician Bryan Adams showcased his photography skills with an unforgettable series of vendor portraits.

"The vendors were all up for it and had a great sense of humour," said campaigner and producer Trudie Styler, who was the magazine's guest editor. "They're all people working hard to get back on their feet and their stories are a real reminder of how fragile all our lives are, and how easily things can sometimes fall apart. Bryan Adams is a wonderful photographer and his portraits really achieve that closeness."
