The cost-of-living crisis is hitting the poorest members of society the hardest, and it’s crucial that we provide all the assistance we can to Big Issue vendors.
The different ways to support our vendors:
Support vendors directly
You can buy Big Issue directly from a vendor, or if you can’t visit them on a regular basis, you can subscribe to that vendor ensuring the receive 50% of the net profits.
We sell the Big Issue magazine to vendors and vendors sell the magazine on to customers, keeping the difference.
Support our frontline teams
Our frontline teams play a crucial part in the way Big Issue supports vendors. They work with vendors on a daily basis to give them the support they need to earn an income, access basic necessities like housing and healthcare, and to provide opportunities for education, training and employment.
