Big Issue vendor Ralph set off a few days ago to fulfil a lifelong ambition to sail along the south coast with his best friend, his dog Jess.
They arrived in Dartmouth last night by dingy from Plymouth …at the same time as the Naval College near by were firing guns. Unfortunately this scared Jess who ran off. Jess doesn’t know the area and Ralph has been searching for her all night but has been unable to find her.
Ralph has asked that if anyone lives in the Dartmouth area please look out for her, if not please share this message and help spread the word. It would mean the world for Ralph to have her back.
