Big Issue turns 35 in 2026 – help us celebrate at our Big Dinner

The Big Issue 35th Anniversary Big dinner, hosted by radio and TV star Colin Murray, will be held on 10 March. You can help us celebrate

The Big Issue supports vendors like Jon Gregg. Here's how you can help.

In 2026 we hit 35 years of Big Issue.

To celebrate this remarkable milestone there will be a host of activities looking back, and looking forward over lives changed and those we remain here to help.

Part of the celebrations will come with what, we hope, marks our first annual fundraising dinner. We’re delighted to announce that The Big Issue 35th Anniversary Big Dinner will be helmed by much-loved Countdown host, and Big Issue fan, Colin Murray. Held at AO Shearman in Spitalfields on 10 March, there will be an auction of limited edition and valuable lots, plus live entertainment. Some very well-known names will also pop up to offer Big Issue support on the night.

At Big Issue we are committed to supporting many more people in the years ahead, and funds raised at the event will help to drive this important work.

Tickets are limited, if you wish to come along, email partners@bigissue.com for details.

Change a vendor’s life this winter.

Buy from your local Big Issue vendor every week – and always take the magazine. It’s how vendors earn with dignity, and how we fund our work to end poverty.

You can also support online with a Vendor Support Kit or a magazine subscription. Thank you for standing with Big Issue vendors.
